1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Aanchal. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 5 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
4. How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
• Log in to your account on Aanchal website.
• Go to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
• Follow the prompts to generate a return label.
• Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and affix the return label.
• Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier’s location.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7 days.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
